Codexirra is an AI workspace for building real web applications. Users can create projects, generate and edit code with AI, run isolated previews, inspect logs and project data, manage snapshots, export files, transfer projects where permitted, and publish to GitHub.
By accessing or using Codexirra, you agree to this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If you use Codexirra for a company, team, client, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have. We use "Codexirra", "we", "us", and "our" to refer to the Codexirra service and website.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, password credentials, profile information, session information, and authentication-related records.
- Project information: project names, descriptions, files, generated source code, uploaded or created assets, project metadata, snapshots, logs, and project database content you choose to create in the workspace.
- AI interaction data: prompts, chat messages, selected preview element context, AI responses, generated patches, changed files, task plans, token usage, and debugging context you provide to AI features.
- Usage information: pages viewed, actions taken, runtime activity, feature usage, error reports, device/browser information, approximate location derived from technical data, and timestamps.
- Billing information: plan, subscription status, token usage, top-ups, invoices, payment status, and billing contact details. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not intended to be stored by Codexirra directly.
- Contact information: messages you send through forms, support requests, quote requests, demo requests, and related communications.
- Publishing information: repository URLs, branch names, commit metadata, and temporary credentials or tokens you provide to complete a publishing action.
How we use information
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve Codexirra.
- Create, open, edit, preview, snapshot, export, transfer, and publish projects at your request.
- Process AI prompts, generate code changes, explain code, debug issues, and apply project edits.
- Track plan limits, token usage, subscriptions, invoices, and top-ups.
- Authenticate users, protect accounts, prevent abuse, and maintain platform reliability.
- Respond to support, sales, quote, feedback, and partnership requests.
- Analyze aggregate usage trends and improve product performance, onboarding, documentation, and support.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce these terms.
AI, code, and project data
Codexirra works by sending relevant project context to AI systems when you ask for generation, editing, refactoring, debugging, explanations, or visual edits. That context may include prompts, code files, selected UI element metadata, runtime logs, task plans, and other project information needed to complete the request.
You are responsible for the content you put into Codexirra, including project files, prompts, secrets, credentials, customer data, and any third-party material. You should not include highly sensitive information in prompts, code, logs, project databases, or generated app content unless you have confirmed that doing so is appropriate for your use case.
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure, or unsuitable for production without review. You are responsible for testing, reviewing, validating, and securing any code, text, workflows, or applications generated through Codexirra.
Project preview and database data
Codexirra may run generated applications in isolated preview environments. Preview activity can produce runtime logs, build logs, network events, generated data, database tables, and error details. We use this information to operate preview features, support debugging, and help the AI understand issues when you request help.
GitHub publishing data
When you use GitHub publishing, Codexirra uses the repository URL, branch, author details, commit message, project files, and token you provide to complete the requested publish operation. GitHub tokens should be scoped carefully. Codexirra does not intend to write GitHub tokens into your project files.
How we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers: hosting, storage, analytics, payments, email, security, support, monitoring, and infrastructure providers.
- AI providers: AI systems used to process your prompts, code context, generated edits, and debugging requests.
- Payment processors: providers used to process subscriptions, invoices, top-ups, taxes, refunds, and payment disputes.
- Third-party integrations: services you connect or ask us to use, such as GitHub.
- Legal and safety recipients: regulators, courts, law enforcement, advisors, or other parties when needed to comply with law, enforce terms, prevent fraud, or protect rights and safety.
- Business transfers: parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
We do not sell your personal information in the ordinary sense of exchanging it for money. If applicable law defines certain analytics, advertising, or similar practices as a "sale" or "sharing", you may have opt-out rights under that law.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Codexirra, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business needs. Project files, snapshots, logs, and account data may remain until deleted by you or removed under our retention processes.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect accounts, sessions, project workspaces, billing records, and service infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe, using strong passwords, protecting API keys and GitHub tokens, and reviewing generated code before production use.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have rights to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.
You can delete or export projects using available workspace features, subject to plan limits and operational requirements. Some records may be retained where required for billing, security, legal compliance, backup, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

Codexirra is not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Codexirra, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
International use
Codexirra may process and store information in countries other than your own. Those countries may have data protection laws different from where you live. By using Codexirra, you understand that information may be transferred and processed internationally as needed to operate the service.
